Gift certificates are redeemable online or by phone. 

If you are just ordering a gift certificate it will be shipped by US mail otherwise we’ll ship it with the rest of your merchandise.

Gift certificates are not returnable or refundable, but we think our stuff is so great that won’t be a problem anyway…
